You are not broken. You Survived.
A story of healing, clarity, and reclaiming life after narcissistic abuse.
If you’ve ever questioned your reality, your worth, or your sanity after a relationship that slowly dismantled you—you’re not alone.
This space exists for survivors of narcissistic abuse who are finding their way back to themselves. Through lived experience, honest reflection, and hard-won clarity, I share what it takes to survive, heal, and begin again.
About the Author
Meet the Author
Hello!I didn’t set out to become an author—I set out to survive.
Like many others, I spent years in a relationship that left me doubting my perceptions, minimizing my pain, and believing I was the problem. The erosion was slow, subtle, and deeply confusing. By the time I recognized the abuse for what it was, I had already lost parts of myself.
Writing became a way to make sense of what happened—and eventually, a way to heal.
Today, I write for those who are still questioning, still untangling, still learning to trust themselves again. My work is rooted in lived experience, not theory—offering language for what so many survivors struggle to name.
This website is not about fixing you. It’s about reminding you that you matter.
